Modern Periodontal plastic surgery

Over the last two decades, several clinical trials showed the predictability of different surgical procedures for root coverage. Furthermore, based on a modern comprehension of defect classifications and a strong biological background, treatment prognosis has become also reliable in defects with adjacent loss of clinical interdental attachment.
